Employee Profile: Peter Krouse



Peter Krouse started at Peninsula Visa and Passport 17 months ago. He got involved with the when a good friend approached him as the company was expanding. He saw this as opportunity to work in a young company with lots of growth potential. Also as a great way to see first hand the global direction of business. Peter's goal at Peninsula Visa is to provide the highest level of service through accurate information and fast response time. He strives to build professional one on one relationships with clients so they feel confident and well taken care of.

Originally from AZ, Peter graduated from LMU in Los Angeles, has lived in Mammoth for 2 years, and loves to snowboard and play music. Also he DJ on the weekends.

Intern Profile: Leo Feldman

Leo started at Peninsula Visa and Passport about 3 years ago under the mentor-ship of Evan James. It started as a summer job and with Leo hoping to gain experience in a work environment. Leo always had an interest in international relations and diplomacy and believes that "as our world becomes more flat and travel seems to be a lot easier, there are still many travel restrictions imposed by countries in forms of entry visas. This is why I see our business as crucial to assisting our clients' in circumnavigating the complicated process." He enjoys the dynamics and fast-paced work environment at Peninsula Visa and how his colleagues work together and use each member's specialty to better serve the clients. His goal at Peninsula Visa is " to provide service that is efficient and professional and to ensure smooth travel for our customers".


Leo currently attends University of California Davis and is majoring in international relations. In the fall he will be participating in his school's UCDC Washington Program in DC with an internship in the diplomacy field for the semester. Leo traveled to Denmark for 5 months for a study abroad program and hopes to go back soon. In his spare time he enjoys discovering new music, hanging out with friends, and being spontaneous.

Employee Profile: Suzie Gassabyan

Suzie Gassabyan has been working in the passport and visa expediting business since April 2006 and officially started at Peninsula Visa in January 2011. Suzie started off as a receptionist and with her vast experience and knowledge she was quickly promoted to a Passport and Visa Consultant.


Suzie enjoys the personal and professional relationships she has built over the years with co-workers and associates in the expediting business. Her goal at Peninsula is to assist clients with their unique requests in relation to travel. To provide assurance that their passport and visas are obtainable within their sensitive travel dates. And lastly to ensure that there is a clear communication between us and our customers at all times.


Suzie is currently working on her Master's degree in Child Development and Sociology of Law at California State University in Los Angeles. Suzie lives in Glendale, Ca and enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with children.

Employee Profile: Helen Lastra

Helen Lastra is the head receptionist at Peninsula Visa. Her job ranges from keeping all files up to date and making sure that all of our clients documents come in and go out on time. We like to call her the "air traffic controller".


Helen started at Peninsula Visa about 2 years ago and loves her job because of the strong relationship she has created with her co workers. " I think we have the best working relationship of any company out there. We're all young and it gives us an edge and allows up to have more energy and drive. More enthusiasm to go the extra mile."


Helen's goal at Peninsula Visa is to provide excellent customer service and to find the most efficient and fastest solutions to problems. Born and raised in areas all over California, Helen enjoys hiking, reading, and singing. She is scheduled to try out for the tv show "The Voice" in late August, we wish her the best!









Employee Profile: Gary Moreno

Gary "Paule" Moreno started at Peninsula Visa & Passport about 4 months ago. He is a close friend of Evan James and upon hearing his new business venture Gary decided to join the team. Gary's goal at the company is to provide speedy professional service and do whatever it takes to get the job done and guarantee our customer's satisfaction. Also to build a strong trust base with our clients so they know their visas and passports are in good hands.


Gary grew up in Bakersfield, Ca and graduated from University of California Santa Barbara. Currently he is in nursing school and is also pursuing a career as a pilot.

Director's Profile: Evan James

Evan James is the Director of Peninsula Visa & Passport in the Los Angeles office. Born in Orange County and raised in Sonoma County, he attended Cuesta Collge in San Luis Obispo. He started working for Peninsula Visa in 2005 as a courier, picking up and delivering passports to many of the corporations in Silicon Valley, Ca. Soon after he progressed to answering phones and becoming a visa agent.
AEvan moved to Los Angeles in order to pursue his dream of starting a clothing line. But with the hard hit recession Evan decided to stay with the expediting business. He collaborated with Nick Nicolas the Director in Silicion Valley of Peninsula Visa and Passport to open an office in Los Angeles. Since 2007 he has been running the L.A office and in May of 2011 he intiated the acqusition of another company, Global Registry. This was Evan's biggest accomplishment for it had never been done in the company's 35 year history and it opened the way for the L.A office to thrive.

Evan's goal at Peninsula Visa and Passport begins with his love for being instrumental in connecting businesses on a global level. He believes, "By executing our clients needs consistently we are contributing to the overall growth of the global economy. I want to be the Google of visas and passport. I want our customers to know that we are constantly working on better ways to deliver information to them. We want our customers to be clear as to what is needed from them and in turn meet their deadlines."

When he isn't working Evan enjoys surfing, spending time at the beach, and traveling. He also works on his clothing line ZebraEightyThree.
